Once upon a time, a meteorite fell from the sky and almost wiped out all living things on the earth, but it also opened a new era. Seven thousand years later, the brave entrepreneur John (voiced by Mark Deklin) took his wife and son to the African jungle, hoping to find the whereabouts of the meteorite, because John believed that the energy attached to the meteorite could solve the energy problems that have plagued the world for many years. Unfortunately, a plane crash took away the names of John and his wife, leaving their young son Tarzan (voiced by Kellan Lutz) lost in the vast African jungle. Fortunately, a group of kind-hearted orangutans picked up Tarzan. They took him in and raised him. Years passed in the blink of an eye, and Taishan had grown into a strong and healthy young man. Growing up in a community of orangutans, he naturally learned the ability to climb over walls and climb over walls. One day, Tarzan met a human woman named Jane (voiced by Spencer Locke). She was the first human he had met in his life.
