A Big Thing

The story is based on the story of more than 4,000 party members in Wuxue City who went to the community and entered the community to lead the transformation of the old community through party building: the old oil factory community built in the 1970s and 1980s has more than 160 residents in 9 buildings. It is a typical "three-no" community with no property management, no competent department, and no air defense. Many residents here have built utility rooms and carports indiscriminately. The sewers are damaged and no one has repaired them. Domestic sewage flows across the street. The living environment is very poor. After qualified residents went out to buy houses and moved out, they rented out the houses here, making the living environment here more complicated. Zhang Haoyang, director of Longtan Community, took advantage of the renovation of the old community to promote Party Building+ and sent community police officer Fan Yufeng as the first branch secretary to guide residents to carry out "rule of law, rule of virtue, and autonomy." With the joint efforts of community workers and the community party branch + owners committee, a number of residents' urgent, difficult and long-awaited problems were solved, and a new business format finally appeared in the lives of nearly a thousand people living here.
