韩国材饰演的混混小和尚与阿坤、阿明两兄弟打劫了和哥的赌档，因为无钱偿还，只能替和哥做事，后来和哥在一次走私过程中被警察打死，理应由跟和哥多年的大头炳接任和哥的位置，但投票结果是阿坤坐上了老大的位置。大头炳愤愤不平，在船上做掉了阿坤，小和尚与阿明为了报仇，相继死在了警察枪下。
