1983年，当大学城的春日特别炎热时，“杰比”和“恩淑”是带头参加学生运动的战友和秘密恋人，也是一个因为爱恩淑而别无选择只能成为“Frakchi”的人。四十年后，恩淑的儿子“浩妍”得知了三人的故事，并一一揭开了他们的爱情、革命和秘密。 Frakchi，源自俄语，1949 年韩国国民议会 Frakchi 事件后，“frakchi”一词被广泛使用。当时，据说属于韩国劳动党（WPK）的几名国会议员参与了“frakchi”活动，以代表朝鲜在国会中的地位。大约在1980年代，当大学生的民主抗议活动活跃时，国家为跟踪大学生的动向而引入的“假大学生”被称为frakchi。
