故事发生在15年前，西河中学的优等生宋浩学习优异，恃才傲物，甚至还有一个富二代同学李唐为他站脚撑腰。但是他怎么也想不到的是，校长以站不住脚的理由拿走了他的高考保送名额。在大雨滂沱的日子里，宋浩希望去李唐家抒发苦闷，结果阴差阳错进到陌生人的家里。对方认为他是入室行窃的小偷，于是扭打起来。慌乱之中，宋浩将刀插入对方胸口，随后仓皇逃跑。而随后赶来的宋浩父亲（王砚辉 饰），为了保护儿子而选择见死不救。在此之后，宋浩逃离了家乡，这一去就是15年。 等长大后的男孩（章宇 饰）再度回到家乡，他又不得不去面对那道从未愈合、始终淌血的伤疤……
