张小青（麻郡宜 饰）是一名应召女郎，每日徘徊在深夜的街头，希望能够找到那个把自己领回家的男人。某日，张小青遇见了名为李牧（高腾 饰）的男子，他外表上的文质彬彬让张小青很快就对他产生了好感，就这样，李牧成为了张小青的客人。 然而，令张小青再也没有想到的是，看似人畜无害的李牧实际上是一个内心扭曲的变态，他绑架了张小青，将她囚禁在一间废弃的澡堂里，在那里遭到李牧荼毒的，还有另外三个遭遇和张小青极为相似的姑娘。只是，这些姑娘似乎已经习惯了这种反常的生活，甚至在其中找到了乐趣。随着时间的推移，张小青也渐渐的堕落了，但她并没有放弃逃生的希望。
