Double Vision【Film and TV Commentary】 - Because he exposed the corruption of his colleagues two years ago, Taipei police officer Huang Huotu (Tony Leung) was retaliated by his superiors and transferred to the unpopular foreign affairs team. His new colleagues, whose interests were also harmed, became angry with him. In addition, his wife Qingfang (Rene Liu) couldn't bear his long absence from home and asked for a divorce. Huang Huotu felt that his world was gradually falling apart.
At this moment, the identities of three unrelated victims were bizarre murders that shocked Taiwanese society. An autopsy by a forensic doctor (Yang Guimei) found that they all died due to hallucinations caused by a mysterious black mold. Due to the lack of talents in this field, the authorities invited Kevin Wright (David Morse), an expert in investigating such cases from the United States, to help solve the case, and Huang Huo Tuzhong was appointed. With the discovery of a fact that stunned everyone, a struggle around political interests and public interests also unfolded between Huang Huotu, his partner in the case Li Fengbo (Dai Liren) and the entire police team. 2002
