整日被父亲李福海催着起床的外卖员李诺，一次送餐过程中偶然遇到自己少年时期喜欢的拳击运动，也正是这次“偶遇”让李诺丢了外卖员的工作，让李福海对李诺更加的不满，而这次“偶遇”让李诺看见别的拳手在拳台一次次被击倒，一次次勇敢起身的画面挥之不去，他决定开始瞒着曾经是拳手的李福海练拳，李福海偶然发现李诺练拳，李诺在拳台被一次重拳击倒后，勇敢起身。这一幕让李福海有些吃惊，在经过反复的自我斗争后决定违反和已经过世的李诺妈妈的约定，支持李诺打拳，因为这是孩子的梦想。看着李诺一次次的从从拳台上勇敢起身的画面，李福海很欣慰，
