某集团董事长成杰（包贝尔 饰）受“大师”指点，需与一名女子发生关系为自己转运；他将目标锁定为自己公司员工“单亲妈妈”韩梅，强暴伤害其致植物人，事后却在媒体面前谎称是对方勾引自己，并让怀孕的妻子配合演戏，成功扭转舆论。韩梅的姐妹女警邱一昭（蒋璐霞 饰）坚信成杰在说谎并开启调查，在取证过程中受到恶势力的重重阻碍，而成杰人面兽心的丑恶面目也逐渐浮出水面，为姐妹也为正义，即便步步身陷险境，她仍决意与对方死磕到底！
