影片《承德好人》是根据河北承 德围场满族蒙古族自治县育太和乡双 峰山村小学教师张国富真人真事改 编。2002年，围场教师张国富在下班 回家途中“捡”了一位既聋又哑且不识 字的老太太，从此，这位老太太便融 入了张国富的家庭，由此引发了一系 列有感动有酸楚的故事，老人最终得 到张国富如对待亲娘般的关照。5年时 间里，张国富不求回报地照顾、赡养 着这位老人，并经过多方努力，为老 人找到了失散多年的亲人。后来，他 的事迹经多家媒体报道，情动冀辽两 省，引起强烈反响。张国富被人们亲 切地称为“承德好人”。2008年，张国 富被评为“感动河北十大人物”。影片 《承德好人》就是再现这位普通农村 教师“老吾老以及人之老”的高尚品德 之作。
