风尘女子凤姐遭逢死劫，于是拜托疯疯癫癫的命理大师老许（林家栋 饰）帮忙化解，怎奈命中注定，难改半分。狂风暴雨之夜，凤姐还是遭到雨夜屠夫的残忍杀戮。机缘巧合，茶餐厅送外卖的小哥阿东（杨乐文 饰）意外撞见凶案现场，满地血泊勾起了他心底最为阴暗凶残的欲望。救命来迟的老许懊恼之余，发现阿东的诡异之处。事后他找上门来为阿东算命，得知对方受风水等方面影响，注定性格凶残，并且还会因为杀人遭受二十年的牢狱之灾。为了救助这个青年，老许决定再次为他逆天改命，哪曾想出师未捷，各种厄运也接二连三向老许袭来。 正所谓万般皆是命，半点不由人……
