王家琪（高远 饰）是一名医生，一天，他前往柬埔寨游玩，在误打误撞之中射伤了一位名叫林丽明（韩瑛 饰）的女孩。王家琪照顾林丽明直至康复，两人在此过程中产生了真挚的友谊，并决定之后结伴而行。 林丽明的母亲一直操心着女儿的终身大事，给林丽明安排了相亲，这让姑娘感到十分的反感，她以为自己的相亲对象是一个独眼龙，不仅如此，实际上，林丽明的心里已经有了喜欢的男子。为了逃避相亲，林丽明搭上了前往香港的飞机，结果在那里和王家琪重逢了。在一连串的麻烦之后，误会终于解开，林丽明惊喜的发现自己的相亲对象原来正是自己喜欢的男孩，而王家琪也决定和女友携手步入婚姻的殿堂。
