故事围绕人们苦苦寻觅的神龙展开。民国一支科考队在青龙山附近发现了一个冻龄人类柴胡（刘林城 饰），科考队长魏以山（淳于珊珊 饰）怀疑他与神龙有关，便哄骗他一起前往青龙山，同行的还有他的女儿魏雨彤（金雅娜 饰）。可凶险的青龙山让科考队死伤惨重，柴胡在魏以山的逼迫下只能说出神龙的真相......
