故事背景在1980年代，小学四年级的小不点是中华商场皮鞋店的小儿子。这天，商场西门町天桥上来了一个神秘的魔术师，他有一个聚宝盆、一只散发彩色光芒的斑马，还会变好多神奇魔术。 小不点崇拜魔术师，他买了魔术道具每天练习。与此同时，越来越多商场里的少男少女们遇到这个神秘魔术师；与他相遇的人们不只看见了绚丽的魔术，也会得到改变一生的神奇力量…… 《天桥上的魔术师》改编自国际知名作家吴明益同名小说，耗时五年、台币2亿（人民币4600万）重金打造，由金钟奖（台湾电视剧最高奖项）最佳导演及金马最佳剧情片导演杨雅喆改编执导同名电视剧。将自2 月20 日起，于台湾频道公视、 myVideo 每周六晚间9 点同步首播，每周播出两集，Netflix 台湾每周六晚间10 点、11 点上架最新集数。
