米高（林国斌饰）是一名吸血鬼，数百年前，他曾有过一位深爱的女子，谁知道在两人相好之时，米高无法控制自己嗜血的本性，导致了恋人的死亡。从那天起，米高发誓不再将目标放在女性身上，总是吃不饱的米高因此身体越来越虚弱。朱莉（邱月清饰）是米高的同伴，她不忍心看到米高自寻死路，于是决定靠电话征友来寻找目标。双目失明的应召女郎彩虹（翁虹饰）成为了朱莉的下手目标，然而让米高不敢相信的是，彩虹竟然拥有着和自己曾经的恋人一模一样的样貌，这让他更加的下不了手。不仅如此，米高还决定利用自己毕生的发力来令彩虹重见光明。
