《跳跃的青春》故事发生在顶尖舞蹈学校——海城舞蹈学院，围绕着少男少女们的芭蕾舞蹈梦展开。18岁的傣族少女时小春（丁一一 饰），肩负着父亲和家乡的希望来到海舞，凭借一段“惊艳四座”的傣族舞打动了老师们，顺利被录取。在练舞追梦的过程中，小春结识了高冷帅气的凌晨（刘昱晗 饰）、“芭蕾公主”于漫漫（谭咏雯 饰）还有骁步、洪骄阳、潘潘等对手和好友，并在老师们的帮助下，与大家一同努力面对国际芭蕾舞比赛的终极考验。
