聂风（赵文卓 饰）依旧被魔性控制着心智，并因此同步惊云（何润东 饰）展开了一场恶战，势均力敌的两人一时间难以分出高下，双双跌落山崖，聂风因此而恢复了本性，而步惊云却就此失去了音讯。聂风本以为步惊云已死，谁知他漂流到了一个小小渔村之中，被盲女紫凝（陈怡蓉 饰）和她的父亲救起，并且在机缘巧合之下得到了绝世神剑。 江湖之中，风云再起，邪恶帮派天门派汇聚了天下各路能人高手，帝释天（韦以丞 饰）身为掌门，却有着不为人知的的过去和极为神秘的身世，原来，他就是传说中替皇帝寻找长生不老之药的徐福（李立群 饰），偷吃了神丹“凤元”，拥有了不死之生命，如今，有关“龙元”的传闻在江湖之中闹得沸沸扬扬，帝释天发誓绝不会让此物落入他人手中。
