赛小花（李晟饰）毕业之后孤身一人千里迢迢的来到了繁华的首都北京，想要在这里闯出一片属于她的天地。然而因为陷入了和上司乔马（立威廉饰）的不伦之恋中，好不容易找到了工作的赛小花惨遭辞退。之后，赛小花结识了尤亮（魏千翔饰）、张宏（郭家豪饰）、梁艳丽（陆媛媛饰）等年轻人，几人一拍即合，决定创业，开始创立经营一家专营有机蔬菜的超市。在此过程中，赛小花和尤亮渐渐走到了一起，然而这段感情却因为残酷的现实而最终破裂。失意的赛小花邂逅了名为谢易光（涂松岩饰）的男子，后者的温柔体贴让赛小花在此感受到了被爱的感觉。
