三十年代的上海滩，黑帮横行、列强分割，要在这里闯出一片天，除了有实力，你还要比别人都要狠。于是，这里成了冒险家的乐园，成了机遇与成功的集散地。任鸿飞（张智霖 饰）和龙五（邵仲衡 饰）都是自幼父母双亡的孤儿，两个无依无靠的孩子成了结拜兄弟，互相帮忙着熬过了艰苦的成长岁月， 两人终于长大成人了。 两人虽然出身下层，但是都有共同的梦想，那就是在上海出人投地。于是，他们决定用自己的拳头闯出名堂。他们开始了刀头舔血的日子，在连番激斗后，两人终于一步步接近他们的目标……
