《地獄里長》故事講述每天黃昏5點20分就會見到鬼魂的熱血里長羅一凡（林哲熹飾），在遇上篤信法律才能帶來公平正義的菜鳥律師趙暖（嚴正嵐飾），與風度翩翩、溫暖浪漫的菁英律師溫為仁（鄭人碩飾）後，一連串的突發案件接二連三地開始發生，伴隨著「信神」與「法律」的衝突辯證，各類離奇懸案等待破解的同時，隱藏在三人間巨大的秘密也漸漸浮現。
