秋是学校反黑组的帮办，所跟进的案件皆涉及问题学生。秋和助手家琪前往学校调查时，接触到四个问题少女May、冬冬、CoCo及肥妹。在这帮少女身上看到的，不仅是家庭问题，更是日趋严重的社会问题，还没有人去传递一个正确的讯息给这群无知的少年，告诉他们什么是对，什么是错的，当周围的人意识到问题的严重时，这群少女已经被周围的环境引诱引到一个万劫不复的地步，Coco沦为鸡妓，还差点弄出人命，肥妹更因此而身受重伤，秋为了不让她们的人生蒙上污点,不忍送她们进女童院，还为她们找到一家私人机构，将她们送进去读书和学习，四名迷失的少女，在有心人的感化教育下，终于走回正途重新做人。
