阿军（林雪 饰）和阿郎（吴彦祖 饰）是一对相依为命的兄弟，尽管阿郎长了一张人人避之而不及的畸形面孔，可是在阿军的心里，他依然是那个独一无二的亲弟弟。为了讨生活，阿军和阿郎来到了香港，在那里，他们加入了黑道，成为了职业杀手。一次任务中，阿郎被负责监视目标的警察阿肯（冯德伦 饰）捉住，阿肯被阿郎的丑陋长相所震慑，将其放走了。 阿军和阿郎的身份曝了光，对于组织来说，他们已经成为了无用之人，老大安排两人前往台湾去执行任务，然而，这将注定是一趟有去无回的旅程。老大的情妇温蒂（黎姿 饰）恳求阿郎帮她除掉老大，单纯的阿郎答应了温蒂的请求，然而，阿郎并不知道，这一切竟然是温蒂一手策划的阴谋。
