中国旭日公司总裁严竣（王伟平 饰）击败世界数家知名公司，在招标M国环岛高速公路工程中胜出。几天后偶遇具有“灵魂出窍”功夫的日本女子宁馨（石兰 饰），很快陷入一种莫名魔力不能自拔。从此怪事接二连三出现，他竟然在自家床上发现裸体女人要用一夜情换取他手中的标书，而秘书刘玉（马翎雁 饰）也象被人洗脑一样，出卖了公司内部重要资料。同时公司内部还出现了一系列莫名其妙的现象，致使后续招投标中接连失败。宁馨则用催眠术将获得的情报发往日本三木公司，幸亏公司主管王端（白乐安 饰）赶来暗中阻止了她的进一步行动，而此时严竣还浑然不知。原来一度遭公司怀疑的王端与刘玉深感泄密蹊跷，决心展开调查......
