張影月和張星月是一對孿生姐妹花，姐姐影月外向嫉惡如仇，妹妹星月內向膽小，二人素有心靈感應。一個狂風暴雨之夜，星月慘遭蹂躪而死，影月到案發現場，感應到可能的疑犯有四人…… 張影月假裝星月鬼魂向第一疑犯陳兆昌逼供，不料陳兆昌卻被嚇死。第二疑犯馬國標熱心公益，感覺告訴影月，他沒可能是害死妹妹的變態兇徒。第三疑犯徐元科好色貪小便宜，卻被神秘勒殺；最後一個疑犯是道貌岸然的曾英明，竟然被發現在汽車內燒炭自殺。 所有線索完全斷掉，更不幸的事發生了，一起幫她查案的好友阿儀死於冷槍之下！影月背負著復仇的痛苦、面對死亡的威脅，唯一能做的，就是閉上眼睛，感受冥冥中的指引……
