陈诺是XX大学音乐专业的学生，跟同系的大龙、体育系的系花司杭和计算机系的多多从高中起就是十分要好的朋友。虽然陈诺在学校很受女生们欢迎，但性格沉稳内向，因为他从小就患有梦游症，而且总是片段性失忆。一次聚会后，陈诺捡到一块古老的怀表。自此开始，他觉得一直被一名神秘人监视跟踪，生活中匪夷所思的事件接连不断的发生。与此同时，大龙也遇到神秘人，离间他们朋友间的感情逼迫大龙抢夺陈诺手中的怀表。渐渐的陈诺四人发现隐藏于怀表中的秘密，原来怀表可以带领持有者自由穿梭于各个时间轴，从而影响事件发展和结果。随着怀表的秘密被一点一点揭开，接连不断的恶性事件也随之发生。
