皓月当空，诗情画意，一派美景背后却是江湖凶险。武林老盟主（濮存昕 配音）遭江湖败类熊天霸（张丰毅 配音）暗算，身染剧毒，命在旦夕。在危机时刻，老盟主得到卖炸糕的小贩兔二（范伟 配音）的救助，自知不久于人世的老盟主将毕生绝学传给兔二，嘱他前往京城虎啸武馆，将代表江湖至尊的令牌交给其女儿牡丹（闫妮 配音）。 兔二信守诺言，忍受艰险一路来至虎啸武馆，此时熊天霸早已自立为武林盟主，霸占武馆，兔儿则稀里糊涂成为武馆厨房的杂役。另一方面，毫不知情的牡丹也和老盟主的徒弟两米（张一山 配音）返回京城，等待他们的将是一场震动江湖的正邪之战……
