现如今，每一个成年人所要面对的生活压力越来越大，很容易就会出现各种各样的心理问题，失眠是其中最普遍的一种。安定（谭耀文 饰）是一名专业的失眠治疗师，在治愈了因为各种各样的问题而导致失眠的男男女女后，安定遇见了名为苗窕（宝儿 饰）的女子。苗窕曾经有过一段非常失败的感情经历，因此紧紧关闭了心门，不再让任何人进去。 在和苗窕接触的这段日子里，安定渐渐的被苗窕的善良和楚楚可怜所吸引，坠入情网的他向苗窕展开了热烈的追求，可是苗窕一朝被蛇咬十年怕井绳，屡屡表示拒绝。但是安定并没有就此气馁，而是坚持不懈，终于融化了苗窕内心的坚冰。
