电影《不曾想过爱上你》主要讲述了一个患有先天疾病的女孩杨菲雪，坚信自己会和中意的男人相恋，而这份看似难以实现的梦想，居然实现了，一个酒吧老板郝英俊出现在了她的生命里。杨菲雪的大胆求爱让郝英俊哭笑不得，却也接受不起。她希望在生命的最后时刻和这个命中注定的男人谈一场轰轰烈烈的恋爱，然而这样一个简单的愿望对于两人来说却成了一种奢望，究竟是什么阻碍了两个相爱的人在一起。 另一边，郝英俊的好友李泽和周远光俩人也遇到了困难，他们爱上了同一个女人，然而这个看似放荡不羁的女人背后却有藏着令人意想不到的秘密，他们三人之间的爱情命运又将何去何从？
