阿月（钟丽缇 饰）是一名小说作家，专门撰写鬼怪题材的故事。她有一个交往多年的男友阿德（谢天华 饰），两人之间感情十分要好，不久之后，他们就将携手步入婚礼的殿堂。阿月自幼患有深度近视，一直觉得自己戴眼镜不漂亮的她决定在婚礼之前接受近视矫正手术，可是手术之后的两天阿月都将处于半盲的状态，于是阿月便决定利用这两天的时间到好友阿燕的郊区别墅度假。 让阿月和阿燕没有想到的是，一帮银行劫匪闯入了别墅，他们强暴并杀死了阿燕，将她的尸体藏在冰柜里。阿月依靠着聪慧的头脑的朦朦胧胧的视野和歹徒开始了殊死周旋。
