黎耀辉（梁朝伟）和何保荣（张国荣）互换过名字和身份；黎耀辉曾为何保荣自杀过；他们之间曾经出现过一个女人（关淑怡）……作为《春光乍泄》的工作人员重返阿根廷拍摄现场拍摄的该片，混合剪辑了许多如上的电影上映版中没有的片段，并有王家卫、梁朝伟等人拍摄《春光乍泄》过程中的诸多真实心情记录。 《春光乍泄》原来的故事大纲是“布宜诺斯艾利斯情事”，是说何保荣（梁朝伟）来到阿根廷替他父亲处理善后，却意外发觉他父亲在当地有个同性情人，好奇心使其萌生与同性交往的念想。而原来故事的主场景，也不是上映版中最常出现的探戈小酒馆，而是从一家当地的中国餐馆开始的。©豆瓣
