Grace（陈伊莹）是来自台湾的美国律师，但一段失败的婚姻让她陷入生命低潮，直到参加美国卡翠娜飓风救灾发放，才走出内心困境。 而后她与瑞典籍物理学家Johan 坠入情网，但没想Grace 却陆续罹患腮腺癌及血癌，她选择乐观面对治疗，连在病榻上也利用网路做公益，36岁的生命短暂却一 如阳光般温暖许多人的心。
