东京：不死鸟都市的百年春秋

在近百年里，因为地震和战争，东京曾经两度化为焦土，却依然如同不死鸟一般重获新生。 在东京成功申请2020年奥运会的背景下，NHK从世界各地收集明治到昭和时代的纪录影像，并将这些黑白影像彩色化，重现这段百年物语。 这是一段时光之旅，是东京近百年历史的展示，也是一部日本近代史的浓缩。 镜头里不仅有汹涌的时代洪流，更有时代裹挟下，普通人的命运波折。（诸神字幕组）
