曾在香港名燥一时的名媛吴嘉倩（林熙蕾 饰）转战内地开了家营销公司，经营惨淡。曾天高（孙红雷 饰）虽年轻有为，腰缠万贯，但却因为土佬帽的气质在慈善晚会上追求名模芳娜结果碰一鼻子灰。于是他决定让吴嘉倩签一份“买一赠一”的活动，不但把自己新产品的宣传企划交由吴嘉倩全权负责，而且由她对自己进行全面“改版升级”，从而能够赢得美人芳心。从此，吴嘉倩便开始了对曾天高“内外兼修”的全面打造过程，戒烟、谈吐、品味，面面俱到，终于曾经的乡巴佬变成了窈窕绅士，并成功的吸引了名模芳娜主动投怀送抱…… 本片由吴宇森担当监制，是著名影星杨紫琼旗下星城娱乐于2009年推出的亮相之作。
