冷森（方中信 饰）和一条（陈锦鸿 饰）是情同手足的好兄弟，两人同为被黑帮雇佣的金牌杀手，干得尽是一些灭迹灭口的脏活。平日里，一条向来大大咧咧风风火火，某日，他遇见了名为阿玲（周海媚 饰）的美艳女子，少不更事的他情不自禁地被阿玲深深迷住，以至于将冷森的告诫抛之脑后。 果然不其然，阿玲最终成为了黑社会大佬方平的女人，她不仅背叛了一条，还导致一条和冷森遭到仇敌的追杀，一时间命悬一线。一场意外让一条身负重伤精神失常，冷森不仅带他逃脱，还在余下的日子里精心地照顾着他，随着时间的推移，两人之间的情谊愈发深厚。就在此时，方平的爪牙再度找上门来，恶战在即。
