一心执著于舞蹈事业的楚思南（钟汉良饰）和黎莉莉（爱戴饰）是中国拉丁舞界的一对传奇人物。在战胜了所有的对手之后，这对爱人竟然把彼此当做对手，在情感上互相眷恋又互相伤害着。抱着舞蹈梦想的女孩小曼（孙田莉子饰）来到北京。楚思南和黎莉莉的一曲伦巴之舞让小曼深深地震惊了，也点亮了她懵懂炽热的心。然而一次意外事故，让小曼卷入到了楚思南和黎莉莉的情感世界之中。黎莉莉在事故中丧失了站起来的能力，楚思南决定训练小曼来代替她。 国内首部以拉丁舞为题材的电影《斗爱》，谱写了一段交织在汗水与泪水间美丽感人的爱情故事。本片入围第十六届大学生电影节“最佳处女作奖”，并获得第十六届北京大学生电影节“最受欢迎男演员奖”提名。
