20世纪三十年代的德国码头，犹太女孩瑞娜和弟弟米沙利跟随着父母准备逃离欧洲，前往当时世界上唯一能够接纳他们的地方——中国上海。 不料，德国纳粹正在策划一场夺取犹太人民宝贵财产的阴谋——“黑狼计划”。瑞娜的母亲，沃伦斯基家族巨额财产的继承人索菲亚，在码头被德国兵扣押。瑞娜和弟弟侥幸逃过一劫，怀揣着藏有财产密码的绿宝石项链，漂洋过海来到了上海。艰苦的岁月里，上海男孩周阿根一家向瑞娜姐弟伸出了援助之手。然而，纳粹并没有就此放过他们。纳粹少校鲁道夫经过易容，潜入了位于上海的犹太人中，想尽办法夺取绿宝石项链。为了保护财产不落入纳粹的手中，为了避免更多人惨遭纳粹的毒害，瑞娜和阿根与鲁道夫展开了斗智斗勇的较量。最终，财产得以保全，但阿根却在战斗中生死未卜。
