1937年哈尔滨遭日殖民统治，日伪残酷围剿抗日力量。哈尔滨口琴社实为中共地下情报据点，秦娜带领社员以演奏为掩护，秘密传递情报，开展抗日斗争。日伪突袭据点时，秦娜沉着周旋，特务科副科长陈宇暗中掩护，口琴社暂脱险境。义士沈岩刺杀汉奸后，因妹妹沈玲的抗日赤诚，投身地下斗争。众人组装高频干扰器反制日军电波侦测，顾晓雄奏响抗日旋律遭捕，受尽酷刑后壮烈牺牲。秦娜传递关键情报，多位战友殉国，她将情报融入乐曲，登台传递后英勇就义。沈岩铲除日寇指挥官铃木康，最终与松田同归于尽。沈玲在陈宇的掩护下成功发报撤离。以口琴社为核心的抗日志士以琴为刃，前赴后继，虽历经牺牲，革命火种却永不熄灭，谱写了东北抗日的壮烈篇章
