“头七”，是指人去世后的第七天，传说中人的魂魄会在那一天回到家中，因此，守灵的生者在那一夜不能睡觉，要点亮长明灯，为逝者指路。肖克（李泰 饰）和马莉（王艺嘉 饰）结婚多年，彼此之间感情一直十分要好，然而，令肖克没有想到的是，妻子竟然先自己一步离开了人世。 帮马莉办完了丧事，肖克总算能从悲伤的氛围之中抬头喘一口气，他决定好好的给自己放一个长假。然而，马莉的头七之后，诡异的事情接二连三的发生，似乎有鬼影游荡在肖克的家中，久久不肯散去，妻子疑似被反动过的遗物亦表明这一切和她的死有着脱不清的干系。这一切的背后究竟隐藏着怎样的秘密呢？
