Sinopsis
大導演楚原作品中，唯一一部潮語戲曲電影，意義重大。本片是家傳戶曉之潮劇戲寶，故事背景發生於南宋末年，元軍攻陷臨安，宋帝南逃至廣東崖門，遭逢元軍圍困，危在旦夕，下詔張達將軍(丁敏 飾)起兵勤王。張達之義軍遭元軍水陸兩路封鎖，糧水斷絕，處境十分危險；其妻陳璧娘(蕭南英 飾)聞此驟變，立即定下奇襲元軍之計劃……
