National Death Penalty Vote [Film and TV Commentary]

The story unfolds when an anonymous person wearing a "dog mask" encounters friction with the police and other figures during the trial of the "innocent devil" in the Republic of Korea. One day, the whole country downloads a mobile APP to start the national death penalty vote. The suspects show their criminal facts, and then the whole country begins to vote. The suspects will be dealt with based on the results of the vote for and against the death penalty. If there are more votes in favor, they will be sentenced to death.
