The completely blind FBI special investigator Hiromi Minami (played by Masaharu Fukuyama) is called "the last trump card to end all cases." After he returned to the United States from his studies in Japan, Shintarou Shintaro (played by Hiroshi Oizumi) of the Metropolitan Police Department's Investigation Section went to the United States for training.
