In order to respond to increasingly complex terrorist operations, the Japanese police established the "Third S" - the National Police Agency's Special Strike Team (NPS), which is independent of the Special Strike Team (SIT) and the Special Search Squad (SAT). The NPS focuses on arresting suspects and ensures the safety of suspects to the greatest extent while quelling riots. Due to this strange characteristic, the NPS has had many conflicts with brother forces such as SIT since its establishment. Of course, in the course of the previous operations, the hot-blooded police officer Kamizou No. 1 (played by Ri Mukai) and the number one sniper Iori Suuga (played by Ayano Tsuyoshi) transferred from SIT developed a different kind of friendship. One day, a bus hijacking occurred in Tokyo. Kamizou and his partners immediately attacked, but the robbers behaved very strangely. At the same time, a freighter carrying enough nuclear fuel to blow up Japan was hijacked. The unprecedented crisis is testing everyone at NPS... This film is adapted from the manga by Yoichi Komori (original work) and Yu Toudo (illustration). It is the movie version of the Japanese drama of the same name.
