Tom (José Garcia) is a plastic surgeon living in Paris. He exists like a creator in front of women who long to become beautiful. But for Tom, repeating the same life every day makes him feel tired and has the idea of ​​escape. Julia (Caroline Vigneaux) is Tom's wife, who is about to give birth to her pregnant wife, but even at such a special moment, Tam decided to take her and two naughty children to a village in the south of France for vacation. This was supposed to be a warm family trip, but before leaving, Julia's carefree grandfather Ben (André Dussollier) suddenly decided to join them.
