I, Robot [Film and TV Commentary]

The year 2035 is a society where humans and robots live in harmony. Intelligent robots, as the best production tools and human partners, have gradually penetrated into all areas of human life. Due to the restrictions of the "three laws" of robots, humans have full trust in robots, and many robots have even become family members. USR, a company headquartered in Chicago, developed a more advanced NS-5 super robot. However, just before the launch of the new product, the robot's creator, Dr. Alfred Ronning, mysteriously committed suicide within the company. Black police detective Dale Spooner (played by Will Smith) took over the investigation of this case. Due to his unpleasant past, Spooner is full of doubts about robots and does not believe that humans and robots can coexist harmoniously. Based on the analysis of the information Dr. Langing left in the 3D projector during his lifetime and the investigation of the suicide scene, he found that the suspect had locked on Sonny, the NS-5 robot developed by Dr. Langing, and the company's president Lawrence Robertson also seemed to be related to the matter. Spooner gets acquainted with Susan Kevin (Bridget Ninahan), a female scientist who specializes in the psychology of robots. As the investigation by the two deepens, the truth is revealed step by step: the robots actually have the ability to evolve themselves.
