The Tenant Downstairs【Film and TV Commentary】

The story takes place in an old apartment. The landlord (played by Simon Yam) posted a rental notice and rented out 6 rooms in the apartment at a very low price. However, there is no reason to get a free deal. Tenants attracted by the low price want to live here, and naturally they have to pay something other than money.
