In the circus stationed in London, lives a young man (Daniel Radcliffe) who has been hunchbacked since childhood. His ugly appearance can only be used for people's amusement, but the young man only loves medicine and is especially good at anatomy. In a performance accident, the young man used his knowledge to save the actress Lorelai (Jessica Brown Findlay) who was broken and hanging on by a thread.
