Tajomaru

Brothers Nobutsuna (Ikeuchi Hiroyuki) and Naomitsu (Oguri Shun) of the Hatakeyama family (played by Yuki Shibamoto) has been deeply in love since childhood, and Naoko is also in love with Aguji (played by Yuki Shibamoto), the daughter of the Otonagon family. One year, Dayan's family fell ill and died suddenly, leaving Agu Ji alone. The general decreed that any brother of the Hatakeyama family who could marry Aguhime would inherit all of Oonagon's family property. In his childhood, Naomitsu had recruited the thief Sakuramaru (played by Tanaka Kei) as his subordinate. Sakuramaru acted as a hindrance, causing Nobutsuna and Naomitsu brothers to fight against each other. Naoko kidnapped Akohime in the chaos, and was plotted again by Sakuramaru on the way to escape. Later, he met the thief Tajomaru (played by Hiroki Matsukata). After a hard fight, Tajomaru died at the hands of Naomitsu, but left his name to the other party. From then on, Young Master Pianpian became a famous thief... The protagonist of this film, Tajomaru, is based on the short story "Sabu no Chu" by the writer Ryunosuke Akutagawa, which was adapted into the classic "Rashomon" by Akira Kurosawa.
