The dying lady wakes up and decides that today is her last day on earth. Before bidding farewell, she decided to part ways and sell off her favorite things in the old mansion: classic oil paintings, antique dolls, expensive furniture... all of them carry memories of her past glorious and decadent life, and each piece sold represents the liberation of a certain part of her soul. The daughter who has been estranged for twenty years is forced to return to her former home in the hope of stopping her mother's crazy behavior; when the carpet is lifted, the dusty grievances and resentments emerge. Beto Cheney ("The Tree Wants to Be Quiet but the Heart Is Restless", 2010) invited the mother-daughter duo of Catherine de Janeiro to perform a true love performance. The conflicting love-hate relationship is deeply felt.
