Son of Evil

On New Year's Eve, a mysterious killer massacred revelers at a high-rise building in the heart of the United States from a distance. 29 people died, shot to death. No bullet casings, fingerprints or other evidence were found at the crime scene, and there was no trace of the killer. Three days later, the killer went on a killing spree in a large shopping mall. Dozens of citizens and security personnel were shot to death. A group of SWAT team members was also killed by the killer with grenades. FBI chief Landmark (Ben Mendelsohn) and his protégé, the young policewoman Elinor (Shailene Woodley), are ordered to investigate the case. However, the state government and the local police department all try to take credit and power, and even carry out special police operations that Landmark strongly opposes. However, the casualties caused by these actions are blamed on Landmark. It is extremely ridiculous and completely out of control. It is this absurd evil world that shaped today's killers.
