The Day of the Crow

The story begins in a wooden house deep in the woods, where a lively boy and his father (voiced by Jean Reno) are completely isolated from the world and live a primitive and hard life. The child grew up beside his father who was in awe and fear. The only things that accompanied him were the flowers, plants, birds and beasts in the forest, and the ghosts that lingered. Until one day, the boy's father was injured, and he was forced to drag his father's huge body to a nearby village to seek help. While accompanying his father in treatment, he met the daughter (voiced by Isabelle Cahou) of a kind-hearted doctor (voiced by Chabrol); in her, he discovered that love exists. So, he vowed to find the place where his father hid his love.
